So it turns out she got up to somewhere around 260 pounds, then after her and her boyfriend broke up she lost a lot of it and is steady at around 200.

Obesity and diabetes is a growing problems nowadays. It is caused by todays lifestyle which does not involve lots amount of exercise. Most people are just happy sitting in their office chair and they do not even want to sweat.

The only way you can manage obesity is throught Proper Diet and lots of exercise. The human body is designed for work so we should always get some form of physical exercise to stay fit.

that quote from elle magazine is priceless. girls really can’t have it both ways: my female friends always complain that the boys they have met don’t know how to romance, sweep-them-off-thier-feet, seduce them like they have seen me do.
Yet when the boys they complain about try to gain the skills they complain about them not having, the girls think creepy, manipulative.
the game that mystery plays (it must be remembered) was actually created and is maintained by girls. he’s just a master player. If girls don’t want to be gamed, stop only going for guys who play it!!
