Soup Spoon Award – Pet Genre
Well I must say, this post is coming pretty darn late. It’s been such a hectic week, I’ll be sure to do a better job from now on.
The entry posts were excellent in the Pet genre, but there has to be a winner. This week’s winner of the Soup Spoon Award is Garibaldi with this post My Dog is a Scorpio, nominated by Jesse. The post is rather funny and talks about the hilarious similarities between the things the blogger and his dog do.

ENTRY
-The entry rules are simple. Any blog post can be nominated. Whether it be a Myspace blog or your own domain name as long as it’s a blog, you can nominate its posts for the Soup Spoon Award.
-The blog post must have been written before the week’s genre or topic was announced.
-If your blog won the Soup Spoon Award once this month, you cannot enter again until the next month. If your blog was entered but didn’t win the Soup Spoon, feel free to enter it as many times as you wish.

To enter the contest, simply comment on the blog post that announces the genre for the week with:
- The name of the blog to which the post you are nominating belongs to
- The title of the post that you are nominating
- The URL of the blog post you’re nominating
- Please specify if you do not wish for the blog post to be Stumbled if it wins
I’ve decided to start running a weekly blog post award. Each week, I will select a blogging genre or topic and bloggers will be able to nominate one their own or another blog’s blog posts that fit into the genre to be selected for the Soup Spoon Award.
